Join Centrica Energy as an ETRM Business Analyst and be at the forefront of energy trading innovation. We are opening a new office in New York and are looking for an ETRM Business Analyst with the ability and desire to work in a fast-moving trading environment to help the ETRM landscape get ahead of industry benchmarks. Utilize your exceptional client-facing skills, problem-solving abilities, and delivery focus to drive system design and implementation. Collaborate with global teams, manage Endur integrations, and enhance trading and reporting systems. Salary range for this position:  $160,000 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

Key Accountabilities

As an ETRM Business Analyst, you will support and project manage Endur integrations, driving system design, implementation, and improvements for functions and workflows. You will propose technology solutions for new trading and reporting requirements, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with onshore/offshore PM, BA, and developers for various projects and growth initiatives.

  • Liaise with multiple business functions to obtain business requirements.

  • Analyze business requirements to help define functional specifications for users interacting with Endur and other systems.

  • Drive the architecture and technical design for system interfaces between Endur ETRM and related applications across the entire deal lifecycle (FO, MO & BO areas).

  • Drive functional and technical implementations with quality and timeliness.

  • Implement initiatives outlined in the organization's roadmap.

  • Increase the productivity of technology teams' build and delivery cycles and design system solutions to maximize operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a confident and effective communicator with exceptional client-facing skills and a disciplined, organized approach to work. You should have a proven ability to understand complex concepts and find solutions to challenging problems.

  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience with Endur ETRM (front-to-back) and integrations.

  • Extensive experience with the GMotion module in Endur and interacting with NatGasHub for gas nominations.

  • Excellent North American Power and Gas trading expertise – both Physical & Financial (European expertise is a plus).

  • Strong track record of full lifecycle implementations for physical and financial power and gas products.

  • Strong understanding of ETRM technologies, operations, and processes across Front-Office / Middle-Office / Back-Office.

  • Experience working with global teams, including offshore and European teams.
