About the Role:

As the Event Marketing Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of our global events program, focused on driving brand awareness, pipeline creation, and account engagement.

Lets talk about Responsibilities:

End-to-end event ownership:

• Execute a wide variety of events including proprietary events (user conferences, roundtables, meetups, and executive dinners), third-party conferences, virtual events (webinars, workshops, cooking classes, etc.), partner events (SuiteWorld, channel partner annual meetings, etc.), and sponsorships.
• Strategize, plan, and coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, contract negotiation, speakers, sponsors, invitees, AV & virtual event setup, registration, email communications, direct mailers, budget tracking, swag orders, etc.
• Collaborate closely with sales and sales development teams on pre-event communications and event lead follow-up.
• Craft impactful event marketing materials such as booth graphics, product demos, and on-site collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver ABM-focused events aligned with the ABM strategy.
• Travel to select regions to provide on-site support for events as needed.

Cross-department event support:

• Work with customer success teams to identify relevant customer advocacy opportunities and organize customer-centric events such as Product Advisory Committee or Customer Advisory Board meetings.
• Support executive speaking engagements and presentation support.

Performance & analytics:

• Maintain weekly KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards for review across all events and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain invoicing process and accounting for events to ensure consistent tracking across all regions.

Agency Management:

• Manage any agency resources specific to event programs.

Requirements

Let’s talk about what you need to excel:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully executing events of varying scales and formats.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Experience in managing event budgets and ROI analysis.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
