Reporting to the Director, Communications & Events, this person will lead end-to-end event execution while supporting external communications and brand storytelling efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Events & Industry Presence

  • Lead planning and execution of Fluent’s presence at tradeshows, sponsored events, hosted dinners, and brand activations.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle — including logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, and onsite execution.
  • Coordinate speaker submissions, executive participation, and supporting materials in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Develop event briefs and messaging outlines to ensure alignment with company positioning.
  • Manage event budgets and contracts to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Partner with Brand Design to ensure all materials reflect Fluent’s visual and verbal identity.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in event marketing, communications, or brand experience — ideally within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and logistics for events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams.
  • Comfort contributing to reporting and tracking performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
