What you will do:
As our Events Coordinator, you will be at the center of our event marketing efforts, directly contributing to our key performance indicators of Events MQLs, Events Attended, and Executive Satisfaction. You will:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including vendor management, budget tracking, logistics, and venue/site management.
- Travel to approximately 20 event sites annually across the U.S. and Canada to provide on-site coordination and expert troubleshooting.
- Manage pre-event preparation, including registration, attendee communications, and the coordination of promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to ensure all event objectives are met and our brand is represented with excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and vendors, negotiating with service providers to secure competitive rates.
- Maintain detailed records of event expenses, ensuring all activities stay within allocated budgets.
- Coordinate post-event activities, including evaluation, feedback collection, and follow-up communications to nurture leads and measure success.

What skills you need:
- Proven experience in events coordination.
- The ability and willingness to travel to over 20 events per year in the U.S. and Canada.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt plans quickly to accommodate changing travel requirements and on-site needs.
- Excellent time management and impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with both virtual and in-person event formats.
- A proven ability to manage a fast-paced, frequently changing environment with a calm and confident approach.
- The ability to provide seamless support to executives throughout the entire event experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to triage and prioritize actions when things don’t go as planned.
