About the Role

Healthie is seeking a detail-focused, relationship-driven Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our B2B events program.

This role is critical to expanding Healthie’s brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving pipeline growth through a high-impact mix of industry conferences, Healthie-hosted experiences (customer dinners, thought leadership forums, and industry meetups), and virtual events.

At the heart of this role is a deep appreciation for the details — because you know that flawless execution begins with thoughtful planning. You’ll own Healthie’s Conferences & Events calendar and oversee every aspect of execution, from selecting the right opportunities and managing budgets, to coordinating vendors, logistics, and internal alignment.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership — building strong internal relationships to ensure every event aligns with our go-to-market priorities and meets shared goals (such as attendance, engagement, or qualified pipeline). Your ability to connect the dots and collaborate seamlessly across functions will be key to driving event success.

In addition to in-person conferences and hosted gatherings, you’ll manage a robust calendar of virtual events designed to engage and educate the broader Healthie community. You’ll lead technical production, coordinate speaker and partner participation, develop branded materials, and ensure our virtual experiences are polished and impactful.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is energized by crafting experiences that deliver real results, and has a sharp eye for both the big picture and the smallest details. You’ll track performance across all events, optimize for ROI, and bring creative solutions that level up our strategy over time.

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is a unique opportunity for someone who sees events not just as logistics — but as strategic, brand-building moments that bring people together and move the business forward.

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
