The Role
  • Work Type: On-site (3-4 days per week in office)

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Events & Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office while leading the planning and execution of Tavily’s events in New York. This role plays a key part in shaping our office culture, supporting our growing team, and strengthening our presence within the AI ecosystem through high-impact events.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless employee experience

  • Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities, and budget tracking

  • Coordinate with HR onboarding logistics including workspace setup and office access

  • Plan and execute internal team events and culture initiatives

  • Source venues, and manage catering, branding, and guest logistics

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align events with company goals

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in office management, events management, operations, or similar roles

  • Proven experience planning events in NYC and managing vendors

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving ability

  • Experience in tech or startup environments (nice to have)

  • Experience organizing community or developer-focused events (nice to have)
