The Growth Marketing Manager at Invoice Simple owns customer acquisition and conversion performance end-to-end. This role partners closely with the Paid Media team and is accountable for turning marketing spend into efficient, scalable growth. You’ll optimize channel mix, pressure-test assumptions with data, leverage MMM and experimentation to guide investment decisions, and continuously explore new channels and tactics to unlock incremental growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition and conversion KPIs across paid and performance marketing channels, with clear accountability for volume, efficiency, and ROI
  • Partner with the Paid Media team to plan, execute, and optimize spend across channels (search, social, affiliates, and emerging platforms)
  • Drive budget allocation and spending optimization using MMM insights, experimentation results, and performance data
  • Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across channels, audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve CAC, CVR, and LTV
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities, from pilot to full rollout
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and action plans for stakeholders across marketing, product, and finance
  • Build performance narratives and dashboards that make tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities obvious (no vanity metrics)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with ownership of acquisition and conversion outcomes
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels and how to scale them responsibly (not just “turn up the spend”)
  • Experience using MMM, incrementality testing, or similar frameworks to inform budget and channel decisions
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to connect data to business impact and decision-making
  • Proven track record of running structured experiments and learning quickly from failure
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences

Benefits & Perks:

  • Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid

  • Robust health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend

  • 401k or RRSP with company match

  • Annual wellness stipend

  • Flexible and generous paid time off

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
