Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Account Assistant to support account operations, executive coordination, and day-to-day business activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with clients, internal teams, and business partners.

The Executive Account Assistant will play an important role in maintaining organized account information, coordinating schedules and communications, preparing documentation, and helping ensure that daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for executive and account-related activities.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate account records, documents, reports, and internal information.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, correspondence, reports, and business materials.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Monitor important deadlines, priorities, and pending account matters.
  • Help organize meetings and prepare relevant materials and information.
  • Support account coordination and ensure requests are properly documented and followed through.
  • Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and daily workflow efficiency.
