POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Executive Advisor provides guidance and support of various special projects to include the development and communication of strategy and analysis of overall execution. The Executive Advisor plans, organizes, and coordinates various initiatives and provides guidance through the application of process management, QDM principles, and analytical techniques.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- JOB DUTIES
- Provides support to executive leadership on special projects and activities aimed at improving efficiencies.
- Leads strategic process improvement projects and collaborates on new technology solutions.
- Identify trends in performance and work with management to drive continuous improvement and develop strategy for improved performance.
- Ensure proper compliance monitoring of functional area procedures.
- Act as liaison between functional departments, operations and customers, both internally and externally.
- Ensure minimal exposure to risk through review of contracts engaged from sales, procurement and other areas.
- Lead projects and initiatives related to any area changes, both long term and short term, to ensure implementation occurs with minimal impact.
- Act as point of contact for field and corporate/general office employees regarding policy, procedures, and processes.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience is required
EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years relevant experience in project and operational leadership, which includes experience evaluating, planning and implementing organizational changes and/or improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization; strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create, prepare, and present reports.
- Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance plus mentorship, as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships through the organization.
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable computer system/programs.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
