We’re a fast-growing e-commerce startup seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is a hybrid role based out of our Rochester, MI office, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a lean, fast-moving team that operates globally.

About the Role:
You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. You’ll help the founder stay focused on growth by taking ownership of scheduling, internal communications, project follow-ups, and team coordination. The majority of our team is remote and based in Pakistan, India, and the Philippines, so comfort working with global teams is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize meetings across time zones
  • Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and progress on key initiatives
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
  • Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications
  • Handle occasional personal tasks that support executive efficiency
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Be a trusted, discreet, and dependable support partner

Requirements

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Are based in or near Rochester, Michigan and open to a hybrid schedule
  • Have prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
  • Have excellent communication skills (especially in writing)
  • Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc.
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and take ownership without needing constant direction
