The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications, ensuring smooth operations through proactive organization and use of AI tools.
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and dependable hybrid EA/PA, supporting a founder/CEO across the full surface area of a demanding professional and personal life. You will be the operational backbone of how she moves through the world — managing time, logistics, communications, and projects with precision and judgment.
You will know what matters before being asked. You will create systems that don't need to be explained twice. You will be the reason things run smoothly.
Executive support- Own calendar, travel, and scheduling across time zones
- Manage projects end-to-end: track deliverables, follow up on open loops and coordinate stakeholders
- Handle personal logistics in NYC: errands, appointments, household needs, research
- Draft and manage communications: emails, messages, coordination, with discretion and good judgment
- Build and maintain systems that keep professional and personal commitments aligned and on track
- Anticipate needs and flag issues before they become problems
- Use AI tools actively — to automate, summarize, research, and eliminate low-value work
- Pathologically organized. You live in a system. You build systems for things that don't have one yet.
- Discreet. You handle sensitive information as a matter of course and know how to hold it.
- Proactive. You don't wait to be asked. You notice what's needed and move.
- NYC-based and available for in-person errands and support when needed.
- Fluent in AI tools — you already use them to do more in less time.
- Location: New York City
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Work Style: In-office
- Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience
- Fully covered $0 deductible healthcare + vision & dental
- 401(k) + 5% matching
- 3 weeks PTO during company-wide holidays + federal holidays. Additional time off is coordinated directly with the executive and considered on a case by case basis.
