About Treeswift

The way energy companies manage their infrastructure hasn't kept pace with the challenges they face. Treeswift is changing that, helping utilities modernize their field operations with AI-powered technology that reduces risk, improves reliability, and scales with the demands of a rapidly changing grid.

We deploy AI-powered sensor systems into utility field operations, mounted on backpacks and vehicles, to collect LiDAR and imagery data at scale. Our models turn that raw data into actionable intelligence: reducing wildfire, outage, and regulatory risk from vegetation; preventing cost overruns on new construction; and accelerating recovery after storms.

Since our first utility pilot in June 2024, we've grown to work with three of the five largest utilities in the United States. We're just getting started.

Our team brings deep experience from Penn, Caltech, CMU, Palantir, Stripe, and Oracle, and we're backed by leading investors including Penny Pritzker's Inspired Capital. We're headquartered in lower Manhattan with an office in Philadelphia and field presence across the country.

We're moving fast on a problem that matters. The work we do has real consequences for real people, and there's a lot of runway ahead. Come build it with us.

The Position:

As Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & CEO, you’ll keep the CEO organized and on track in a fast-moving environment. This is a coordination and logistics role - you’ll own the calendar, manage travel, and make sure the day-to-day administrative needs of the CEO’s office run smoothly so that nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Co-Founder’s calendar end-to-end — schedule meetings, resolve calendar conflicts, and make sure the right time is protected for the right priorities

  • Manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries

  • Track action items and ensure important commitments are executed on time

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda prep and follow-up tracking

  • Handle expense reporting and other day-to-day administrative needs

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed to support the broader team

Who You Are:

  • You have 2–4+ years of experience in an EA, office management, or operations coordination role

  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive communications

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

  • You communicate clearly and professionally, and you exercise good judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate

  • You are proactive by nature — you anticipate needs, flag issues early, and solve problems before they become problems

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments

  • You are based in New York City and comfortable with a hybrid work schedule with minimum 2-3 days in office

  • You are proficient with Google Workspace and are familiar with tools such as Notion, Slack, ChatGPT, and other AI productivity platforms

  • Bonus points if you have experience supporting founders or executives at venture-backed startups

What We Value:

  • Growth from within. We're building a company where strong performers have a real path forward. As Treeswift scales, we expect the leaders of our field operations, deployment, and customer success functions to come from the team we're building right now.

  • Mission first. We value team members who are focused on working towards the best outcomes for the customer and the business.

  • Curiosity. We are constantly learning – from each other and from our customers.. We aren’t afraid to learn we were wrong in the process and adapt our approach accordingly.

  • Owners mindset. If you see an opportunity for improvement, run with it. We believe that good ideas can come from anywhere, no matter your role.
