Ritholtz Wealth Management (RWM) is a fast-growing, cutting-edge Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm headquartered in New York City. We are disrupting the traditional wealth management industry by pairing time-tested investment strategies with a massive media footprint, including The Compound YouTube Network, hit podcasts like Animal Spirits, and major industry events like the Future Proof Festival.

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to support our CEO and act as the operational backbone of our NYC headquarters. This is a vital, high-visibility, 100% on-site role where you will be the face of the office for visitors and the ultimate coordinator for our executive leadership.

Location: New York City (100% On-Site, 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule high-priority appointments, and oversee/triage the CEO’s email inbox.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily headquarters operations, including managing vendor relationships, ordering equipment/supplies, and coordinating facilities maintenance.
  • Front Desk & Reception: Welcome clients and guests with a professional, friendly demeanor. Answer the main office line, routing calls and messages accurately and promptly.
  • Logistics & Mail: Handle the distribution of incoming mail, packages, and overnight deliveries, and oversee all outgoing correspondence.
  • Hospitality & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment (including light organizing and restocking the kitchen/refrigerator).
  • Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc operational, media, or event-related projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of office administrative or executive support experience. Experience within a financial services, RIA, or broker-dealer environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. A high degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential financial data.
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Location: Must be based in the greater New York area and able to commute to the NYC office 
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 base (commensurate with experience) + Comprehensive Benefits. The salary offered will be determined by, but not limited to, experience, education, skill, location, and credentials.
