This Executive Assistant role sits within the People organization and primarily supports the VP of People, with additional support for another executive leader on the team. The role is designed to create leverage through strong preparation, anticipation, and execution in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
You will operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism, given the sensitive nature of People-related work.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex calendars, balancing priorities, resolving conflicts, and protecting focus time
- Anticipate upcoming deadlines and key moments, including leadership meetings, presentations, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and external engagements
- Ensure leaders are prepared by organizing pre-reads, briefing materials, and relevant context in advance
- Support select meetings by capturing key moments, decisions, and follow-ups using AI tools and other technology so leaders can stay focused on the discussion
- Plan and manage end-to-end travel, including complex itineraries, changes, contingencies, and expense readiness
- Support speaking engagements, team events, and recognition moments with thoughtful planning and strong logistics
- Draft, organize, or polish communications and documents as needed, aligned to voice and intent
- Support inbox management by monitoring, prioritizing, and drafting responses as appropriate, ensuring important messages are surfaced and handled in a timely way.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, care, and integrity
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving or high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, anticipatory approach
- Experience managing small to medium-scale projects
- Excellent judgment and a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfort using modern tools and technology, including AI, to improve efficiency, preparation, and information flow across tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, and similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting leaders in People, HR, or similarly sensitive functions
- Experience supporting more than one executive simultaneously
- Experience working in environments with high velocity and shifting priorities
The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
