Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Head of Private Capital. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong communication, organizational skills, an ability to work independently under pressure and to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

What you'll do

  • Manage a complex calendar for the Head of Private Capital and coordinate schedules for his direct reports, keeping the team well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Arrange detailed, complex travel itineraries and agendas, and compile documents required for business trips
  • Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting, and work with Compliance to obtain required approvals
  • Exercise strong judgment when conflicts arise, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of projects under firm deadlines
  • Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings
  • Safeguard confidential information and represent the Point72 Private Credit team with professionalism and discretion

What's required

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, track deliverables, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Proven discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and flex hours as needed to support urgent or global requests
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standard

The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
