This role is in office Monday through Friday in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant to senior executives on the Private Wealth team. Ability to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team. Primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Scheduling client and prospect meetings. Working with clients, prospects and internal assistants to schedule and organize meetings as well as sending all calendar invites and booking conference rooms.

  • Preparation of materials for external client and prospect meetings.

  • Booking heavy travel (both domestic and international) and assist with filing related expense reports.

  • Complex calendar management and prioritization.

  • Outstanding correspondence tracking and follow-up support.

  • Assist Private Wealth admin team as needed with various team projects and needs.

  • Ad hoc team projects and duties as needed.

  • Serve as backup coverage to other Private Wealth admin team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience in financial services a plus.

  • Must be experienced in Outlook and Microsoft Office.

  • International travel booking experience.

  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to balance competing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills.

  • Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently.

  • Must have an attitude of “no task is too big or too small” and be willing to wear many hats.

  • 8+ years of experience preferred.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $100,000 to $120,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
