This is a fully onsite position requiring strong organization, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This position requires a highly organized, professional, and dependable individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, coordinate daily activities, and ensure effective communication and follow-through.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-up items, and deadlines with platforms
- Manage emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of leadership.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information.
- Assist with administrative operations, projects, and special assignments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics.
- Track important deadlines, tasks, and action items.
- Communicate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
- Flexibility of on-call engagement as need arises.
- 100% on site.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, office management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- MUST have financial service/banking experience
