Your Role in Our Story:
In essence, your role involves:
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the North American CEO and Head of Finance
- Expertly manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics, providing best in class support throughout back-to-back days; often with little oversight and making judgements based on known priorities of the executives and the business
- Develop critical content including agendas, PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other relevant corporate documents
- Manage domestic and international travel and itineraries to ensure the executives comfort and timeliness
- Create and distribute correspondence to office employees, board members, and external parties
- Brief and prepare executives for important meetings such as Townhalls, Board Meetings, Client Visits and Conferences in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively, looking around corners for solutions and leveraging existing resources in problem solving
- Partner with the HR/Recruitment for on-boarding and off-boarding activities for team members
- Routinely engage with external stakeholders in person, by email, and by phone
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant position ideally supporting C-Suite
- Extraordinary organizational skills, and experience managing the challenges of supporting a growing team with diverse personalities and a dynamic workflow
- Ability to prioritize and shift gears effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to find solutions with minimal direction
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and constant change with confidence
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Unparalleled verbal and written communication
- High level of discretion and maturity
Please note: this role is 100% in-office
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 + discretionary bonus
Actual base pay may vary based on various factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, level and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
