We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our President of Supply & Co-Founder, as well as our Chief Marketing Officer. This role plays a critical part in ensuring these two senior leaders operate effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and support on high-priority initiatives. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex, high-volume calendars with shifting priorities and cross-functional demands
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
  • Meeting Support: Organize and prep for meetings, create agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups
  • Inbox & Workflow Support: Assist in prioritizing emails and requests, helping executives stay focused on top priorities
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate across departments and act as a representative for the executives when needed
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Help drive key department or company initiatives by coordinating logistics and managing timelines
What you have
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex travel and shifting schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/travel tools
  • Available to work onsite 3 days/week
  • Experience supporting Marketing and/or Operations leaders is a plus

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
