The CDO drives Scholastic’s data initiatives and digital practice with a core approach of transforming customer insights into strategies and solutions that directly serve customers’ needs.

  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and supporting materials for meetings, ensuring the CDO is fully equipped for productive discussions and decision-making.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives within the Digital Services division by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and facilitating information flow.

  • Coordinate and track follow-up actions from meetings and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated.

  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, exercising sound judgment in all communications.

  • Anticipate operational and administrative needs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the CDO’s workflow.
