Job Overview:
This role will support the ProCOM organization. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and supporting leadership in achieving strategic goals.
Major Accountabilities
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as scheduling meetings; completing travel arrangements; expense reporting; maintaining management calendar; taking and distributing meeting minutes; generating copies; managing multiple mailboxes; electronic filing; ordering supplies and maintaining department records.• Manage travel arrangements through BCD in line with corporate policy, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and arranging visas or passports where necessary.• Plans and coordinates events, on or off site, with both internal and external participants. Coordinates with guest speakers, catering, venue booking and other event specific needs.• Prepare and develop professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communication materials for the team.• Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants across Mastercard to ensure alignment, continuity, and operational coverage, acting as a key liaison internally and externally.

• Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle; MS Teams; Zoom• Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies • Experience with expense management platforms (Oracle)• Keen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation and a strong ability to pivot and execute tasks quickly. • Ability to prioritize and discern what is truly important, using a high level of discretion.• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle sensitive information confidentially.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

O'Fallon, Missouri: $63,000 - $98,000 USD
