The Delivery Enablement (DE) team powers Portage Point’s growth as a scalable, high-quality operational backbone. Including Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Delivery Excellence, Accounting & Finance and Data Analytics, the DE team drives excellence, efficiency and automation across every practice line.
As part of the Delivery Enablement (DE) team, the Executive Assistant (EA) plays a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and enabling operational excellence across the organization. This individual provides proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the Head of Advisory and the Chief Revenue Officer, helping them focus on the firm’s most critical priorities.
This role services as a dedicated, white-glove partner to these executives, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion and executive presence, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and represent leadership with professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, white-glove executive support to the Head of Advisory and Chief Revenue Officer, including complex calendar ownership, strategic prioritization and alignment of internal and external commitments across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, delivering seamless, highly detailed itineraries with proactive contingency planning and real-time issue resolution
- Act as trusted gatekeeper and liaison for the Head of Advisory and Chief Revenue Officer, facilitating communication and decision-making with senior internal leaders, clients and external partners
- Prepare and organize materials and logistics for meetings, presentations and strategic discussions; develop high-quality briefing materials and executive-ready presentations, and drive follow up on key action items to ensure alignment against strategic objectives
- Maintain and update CRM (Intapp) data to support relationship management and business development efforts
- Manage executive operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, revenue reviews and strategic planning sessions; ensure visibility into critical milestones and cross-functional alignment
- Support confidential projects, prepare correspondence and manage information flow with discretion and judgment
- Proactively anticipate executive needs, identify friction points and implement systems that increase the effectiveness and leverage of the Head of Advisory and Chief Revenue Officer
- Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture
- Share and manage best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program
- Located or willing to self-relocate to New York
- Invested in a team-based culture that involves in office four days per week
- Five plus years of experience providing direct, high-level support to C-suite or senior executive leadership within an investment bank, private equity firm, high-growth advisory firm or top tier consultancy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
- High degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives, team members and external partners
- Experience with a customer relationship management system preferred
- Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
- Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- High level of responsiveness and flexibility, including the ability to manage time-sensitive executive matters outside standard business hours when necessary
- Proven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments
- Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail
