Dealroom Media is looking for an Executive Assistant to help our 20 y/o CEO scale the business - building SOPs, managing operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly while we grow fast.

Here's the deal: We're not your typical content agency. At Dealroom Media, we build organic content engines that drive demand. We help founders, startups, and VCs own their narrative, get noticed, and become the loudest voice in the room.

We've worked with clients backed by Sequoia, Jason Calacanis, Marc Benioff, Kevin Durant, and more. Now we need someone who can build the systems and processes that'll help us scale without breaking.

What you'll do:

  • Build SOPs and operating procedures that actually work
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and day-to-day priorities
  • Handle special projects and anything else that needs to get done
  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives
  • Write content when needed (everyone here writes)
  • Keep the trains running on time while we move fast

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who loves building systems and getting things organized
  • Experience managing up and working with executives
  • Strong writer who can communicate clearly with clients and team
  • Passionate about startups, venture capital, and media
  • Hungry to own real responsibility from day one

What's in it for you:

  • Work directly with the CEO and see how decisions get made
  • Build the operating foundation for a high-growth company
  • Exposure to top-tier founders, operators, and investors

Think you're a fit? Show us what you've got.

If you read this all the way, send the founder of Dealroom Media a message on LinkedIn with something interesting about you.
