The Opportunity
As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services Generalist team you are expected to provide administrative support (virtually and in office/client sites as required) preferably for a global network of professional services firms. As an Administrative professional, you are expected to apply a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and share and adopt industry standards to continuously upskill yourself and others. You are expected to demonstrate technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and other emerging mobile and virtual support technologies.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools as well as learn and utilize new technologies in everyday tasks
- Provide administrative support virtually and in office/client sites
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, and social media tools
- Apply a learning mindset and take ownership of personal development
- Share and adopt leading practices to continuously improve skills
- Utilize emerging mobile and virtual support technologies
- Work collaboratively and effectively in various settings
- Support a global network of professional services firms
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of administrative or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to identify and address client needs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and collaborative team environment
- Experience in administrative support or customer service
- Experience with travel arrangements and expense entry
The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
