Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to provide executive support while assisting with project management and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring priorities stay on track and projects move forward efficiently. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Prepare agendas and capture meeting notes

  • Track action items and follow up to ensure completion

  • Coordinate travel arrangements

  • Organize files, documents, and company resources

  • Help manage special projects across multiple departments

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns

  • Support event planning and execution

  • Help maintain company website and social media

  • Coordinate photography, video, and graphic design projects

  • Prepare sales presentations and sales sheets

  • Assist with CRM updates and reporting

 

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in executive support, marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus

  • Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, or CRM systems is a plus

 

Salary: $70K - $90K per year
