We’re looking for an Executive Producer to turn creative ideas into consistent, high-quality output across our social channels and brand initiatives. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our content engine, leading production from end-to-to-end.
Run FLORA’s content production engine end-to-end across all social channels and brand initiatives. Create and manage scopes, timelines, budgets, vendor/freelancer hiring, and deliverables from kickoff through launch.
Translate marketing strategy into a content engine. Partner with the Head of Marketing to operationalize channel experiments — turning strategy into briefs, production plans, and repeatable processes.
Drive content production across all social initiatives and channels (e.g. X, Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
– Organic: Collaborations, announcements, episodic series, social experiments, tutorials, community-facing content, and more.
– Paid: Ads, influencers, sponsorships, etc.Drive execution across all brand initiatives: PR, email newsletters, blogs, merch, out-of-home moments, case studies, long-form storytelling/films, experimental art projects and more.
Bring strong taste and creative sensibilities to every project— offering feedback & ideas, elevating work, and helping bring to life ideas from the Creative Producers and the broader team.
Lead a team of Creative Producers, Production Coordinators, and Video Editors to maintain a high bar across all deliverables while orchestrating a fast-moving pipeline of videos, imagery, assets, campaigns, and creative experiments.
Seasoned, versatile producer with 7+ years of experience and a track record running content and creative production across social, brand, and marketing channels in fast-moving environments.
End-to-end production leadership. You’ve taken projects from brief → creative development → production → final delivery across video, social content, campaigns, and brand work.
Deep fluency in modern content channels and formats. You understand what works on Instagram vs. LinkedIn, how to tailor creative for paid vs. organic, how to brief influencers, how to ship high-quality video at speed, and how to adapt content across platforms and objectives.
Strong taste and creative judgment. You can help elevate work, shape direction, and uphold brand standards — while empowering Creative Producers to drive concepting and creative vision.
Operational excellence at speed. Skilled at building and running production systems, schedules, workflows, budgets, and cross-functional / vendor coordination — ensuring creative teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Proven leadership of creative teams. Experienced managing and empowering creative producers, coordinators, editors, and freelancers — providing clarity, structure, support, and resourcing.
Exceptional communicator and collaborator. Comfortable working across internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Creative, Community) and external partners; able to bring alignment, momentum, and clarity to complex projects.
