The Executive Producer oversees projects across various disciplines, managing relationships, ensuring project execution, and improving production processes for client satisfaction.
The Executive Producer is a critical key leader responsible for overseeing and managing projects across experiential, campaign, strategy, design, and content disciplines. In this role, the EP will steward and manage relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and meet client expectations. The EP is detail orientated, model and enforce best practices, lead production process improvements, and drive team collaboration and client satisfaction across all projects.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience as an agency or brand producer, or in a related role.
- Experience managing diverse project types from concept through delivery.
- Experience in overseeing teams and leading interdisciplinary collaboration, partnering with discipline Leads to maintain best practices across an integrated workflow.
- Expertise in defining scopes, developing staffing plans, negotiating contracts, and creating project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in helping draft, execute, and adhere to various contracts or agreements.
- In-depth knowledge and relations with industry networks, partners, and freelance contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flawless organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Support the Director of Creative Production in driving process improvements, project/production best practices, and producer onboarding.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
