About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

Polymarket is looking for an Executive Recruiter to own our most senior and highest-stakes searches — VP and C-suite talent across technical, business, and operational functions — the hires that shape the trajectory of the company.

You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to identify and close the hires that shape the trajectory of the company. At Polymarket, recruiting isn't a support function — it's a strategic lever, and executive hiring is where that's felt most. You'll be expected to operate with the urgency, judgment, and discretion that reflects that.

What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle executive searches across Manager, Director, VP, C-suite, and other senior leadership roles

  • Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to define role scope, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior talent across engineering, product, business, and operations

  • Drive proactive market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy before roles are formally opened

  • Run high-signal, structured interview processes tailored for senior candidates — from first conversation through close

  • Manage candidate experience with the discretion and professionalism that executive-level searches require

  • Lead offer processes including compensation benchmarking, structuring, and closing strategy

  • Track pipeline health and maintain accurate data in Ashby

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with a meaningful portion focused on executive and senior leadership searches

  • Track record closing high-caliber candidates at the VP level and above in competitive markets

  • Deep network across at least one or two functional areas — engineering, product, finance, or operations

  • High judgment — you quickly distinguish signal from noise and know how to assess leaders, not just candidates

  • Polished, confident communicator comfortable engaging with founders, board members, and senior executives

  • Discretion and professionalism as a default — you handle sensitive searches without leaking signal

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal structure in a fast-moving environment

  • (Plus) Background at an executive search firm or retained search practice

  • (Plus) Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company

  • (Plus) Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools

  • (Plus) Interest in crypto, markets, or fintech

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
