The Opportunity
As an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) - Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will focus on creating and enhancing user experiences for products, systems, and services. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your technical and creative skills to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive product innovation and deliver impactful user experiences.
As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Your growing business knowledge will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of user experiences for innovative software products
- Guiding teams in the application of human-centered design principles to enhance user interactions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address system component linkages and interactions
- Developing and executing user interface prototypes to improve customer experience
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Conducting industry trend analysis to inform design strategies and solutions
- Mentoring team members to expand their skills and encourage professional growth
- Engaging in constructive discussions with clients and stakeholders to resolve conflicts
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all design and development activities
- Promoting the integration of creative design and user experience research in project execution
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
