The Boeing Company's Finance and Enterprise Services Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on HR excellence.
The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with management and fellow HR teammates to provide day-to-day HRBP consultation critical to driving business value and creating a best-in-class employee experience. Position Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain healthy relationships with all levels of leadership with a keen focus on first level leaders to provide effective counsel and support on: coaching, onboarding, employee retention, employee relations matters, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with HR colleagues including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on the design, development, and deployment of HR processes
- Provide analysis and recommendations to management that are focused on organizational objectives
- Work with leaders to implement HR actions inclusive of: performance management; compensation; organization design; talent planning; change management and workforce planning
- Seek counsel with Legal, Corporate Investigations, and/or Labor Relations as needed
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Human Resources certification
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or HRBP capacity
- 3+ years of experience directly managing and resolving employee relations issues
- 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- Experience supporting hourly populations (both union and non-union)
- Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
