The F/A-18 Logistics and Records Integrator will support the F/A-18 Service Life Modification Program and aligns with the Boeing Global Services Engineering function as part of the Integrated Support Planning & Management (ISPM) Team. This position focuses on the management of ground support equipment, test equipment, and tooling records. As a Logistics and Records Integrator, they will screen list 02's in Deck-plate for applicable technical directives and drive the incorporation of these directives into operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining log sets for the OOMA database and 51 records for all GSE/test equipment as outlined in the 4790 series manual. They will also coordinate with metrology and SE PM teams to ensure that all maintenance, inspection, and calibration records are accurately updated in log sets and 51 records. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with a solid understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles.

Position Responsibilities
- Supports the SLM logistics lead and acts as back-up
- Ensure systems, processes and controls are in place to effectively manage support in the SLM environment
- Prepare and present SLM Logistics status at Program Management Meetings (PMM)
- Attending Engineering Change Boards and providing Logistics decisions which impact support
- Identify ILS related risks, conduct risk assessments, and establish applicable closure
- Validate required technical information and processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
- Organize and participate in technical coordination meetings, ILS reviews, IPT coordination meetings and design reviews
- Research documents and provide technical information and support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
- Tracks established performance metrics and customer requirements
- Develops and validates standard deliverables per contract requirements
- Coordinates between organizations and assists in the development and implementation of support products
- Manages Program Support Equipment and tooling including procurement, maintenance (repair, calibration, Periodic Maintenance (PM), record keeping, storage, and transfers
- Coordinates between multiple sites to ensure readiness and availability of equipment
- Works with USN SLM Program, Navy Supply and Fleet to manage SLM tooling and SE requirements
- Provides Status and tracking of all SLM Government Property
- Supports and briefs at Program Tier Meetings, and internal/external program reviews
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years or relevant experience in multiple Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and their products (Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)
- 3+ years of experience with military aircraft logistics or maintenance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant aircraft sustainment experience
- Military aircraft modification program experience
- Experience with F/A-18 aircraft
- Previous USN customer experience
- Military Support Equipment/Tooling management
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
- Experience in utilizing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs)
