Your Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices to inform hiring decisions.
- Leverage a deep understanding of IMC's culture, goals, and industry to develop creative and effective sourcing strategies that reach passive and active candidates in competitive markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top candidates and network across the finance and trading industries.
- Manage and optimize our recruitment agency partnerships, ensuring clear expectations, quality delivery, and alignment with IMC's standards and values.
- Evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment to ensure their skills, experience, and values meet the needs of the hiring team.
- Create a personalized and engaging experience that highlights IMC's unique strengths.
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of hire.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and offering data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with significant time spent hiring for trading and quantitative research roles or similar technical positions.
- Proven ability to hire top-tier talent in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, especially candidates with multiple offers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, advise, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience in managing external recruitment partners, including performance oversight and relationship management.
- Highly organized and execution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and quality.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
