We are seeking an individual to join the experiential marketing and brand team. This role will primarily support the experience offense, which brings to life all of the IRL events that Bandit produces from marathon pop-ups to grass-roots community activations. Additionally, the role will support all community marketing efforts as Bandit continues on its mission to evolve the full experience of running. The ideal candidate will thrive working as part of a small, nimble team, have proven success in detail-oriented work, and have a deep desire to grow and learn within the marketing organization


Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Head of Experiences on Bandit’s Pop-up offense with a focus on the production and execution of all pop-up related activities
  • Support Bandit’s community activations and brand marketing initiatives (examples: Unsponsored Project, Bandit Relays, etc)
  • Develop and manage internal and external workbacks, timelines, and run-of-shows as they tie to all experiential and brand activations
  • Help manage budgeting across all experiential objectives
  • Maintain consistent contact with Bandit community relationships
  • Grow Bandit’s network as the brand continues to expand locally and globally
  • Monitor and identify consumer and marketplace trends
  • Maintain Bandit’s bar of excellence for all IRL activations

EXPERTISE

  • Experience in event production and/or in the brand marketing space: 2-5 years of experience in Running/Fitness Retail, Marketing, and/or Event Production
  • An excitement around event production is a must
  • Strong task management skills with an ability to sweat the details 
  • Outstanding problem solving abilities, with experience in anticipating needs and coming up with solutions on the fly
  • Proven track record of managing relationships
  • An ability to work across multiple teams and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Agency background preferred

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + equity and all other benefits above
