Why This Role Matters
In this role you will help keep EZFluence on the cutting edge of the Radiation Oncology market. You will work closely with a dedicated Engineering team, Product team, Support, Success, and Radformation leadership to outline and provide design specifications for new features, prioritize customer needs, and manage all software releases to ensure the continued optimization, reliability, and impact of EZFluence for clinics and patients.
Responsibilities Include:
• Software feature prioritization and specification based on customer needs
• Handle product releases and all accompanying requirements
• Testing product version prior to release
• Version regression testing to ensure product integrity
• Coordinate with the Support and Success teams for customer troubleshooting
• Share feedback with the Product team, Engineering team, and Radformation leadership
Required Experience:
• 5 years experience as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Eclipse™ TPS
• Project management experience, including operational management and delivery across multiple products or product lines
• General understanding of radiation oncology workflows
• 3+ years with direct, extensive in-clinic EZFluence experience
Preferred Experience:
• >5 years as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Radformation products and multiple TPSs
• 2 year Software as a Medical Device product management experience, including operational management and delivery
• Verification and/or validation testing management and completion
• Regulatory and/or Quality Management System experience
• Programming experience, specifically using C#
• Project workflow software experience, such as Jira
• Customer service experience

The salary range for this role is $160,000 – $225,000 USD base pay per year + 15% product- and company-based milestone bonus.
