Required Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
- Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
- Prior course work in in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
