Chewy is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Culture and Communication Coordinator (CCC) to join our Fulfillment Center team. This role is at the heart of our efforts to improve team culture, support leadership, and ensure flawless communication throughout the site. You will partner closely with the General Manager (GM), Human Resources Manager (HRM), and Senior Leadership Team to bring Chewy's Operations Team Member Promise (OTMP) to life, crafting a workplace where Team Members feel valued and encouraged.

What You'll Do
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and serve as a trusted resource for site leadership.
- Coordinate team events, recognition programs, and initiatives that celebrate team achievements.
- Track and handle the Employee Relations Incentive Budget to ensure strategic use of resources.
- Represent the site in community outreach and events, strengthening local partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams like Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Branding to share timely and relevant updates with Team Members.
- Work with Recruiting, Human Resources, Facilities, Safety, and other teams to support site operations and culture initiatives.
- Prioritize schedules, manage calendars, and coordinate travel for site leaders. Build agendas, compile goals, and follow up on key action items.
- Maintain office supplies, manage meeting rooms, and handle clerical duties, such as typing meeting notes and submitting expense reports.
- Plan site events, including meals, catering, and logistics, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
- Respond to day-to-day needs and support site leadership with any additional tasks or initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or team support experience.
- Passion for creating a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across diverse teams and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
