Lead capture activities and proposal development for federal opportunities. Collaborate with teams to create technical proposals and refine capture strategies, leveraging AI and cybersecurity insights.
The summary above was generated by AI

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors and takes down impersonators and automates protection in hours, not weeks.

Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.

About You:What You’ll Do
  • Lead capture activities and proposal development for new and recompete opportunities across the federal market.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (GTM, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity) to craft winning proposal strategies and technical narratives.

  • Develop compliant, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs focused on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

  • Create and manage proposal schedules, outlines, templates, compliance matrices, and review processes.

  • Guide subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling proposal language.

  • Maintain and enhance proposal process documentation and boilerplate content for efficiency and consistency.

  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging government AI and cybersecurity priorities to inform capture strategies.

  • Track proposal outcomes, win/loss ratios, and performance metrics to continuously refine the capture process.

  • Identify synergies across opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate overall win rates.

  • Collaborate on process automation and tooling improvements to streamline capture and proposal operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting a federal contractor, or within a cybersecurity, AI, or technology company.

  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, RFP structures, and compliance standards.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills; able to articulate technical solutions in a clear, strategic, and compelling way.

  • Detail-oriented project manager with experience coordinating multiple proposals simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with AI and cybersecurity technologies and how they apply to government use cases.

  • Proficiency with proposal and capture management tools; comfortable leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborative and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment.

  • Military-friendly mindset: values mission-driven work, teamwork, and operational excellence.

  • Preferred certifications (a plus, not required): PMP, Security+, ITILv3, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Google AI Essentials.
