Job Description

Insightful is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Field Marketing & Events Contractor to own the strategy and execution of our in-person and targeted outbound marketing activities in 2026. This role will be directly responsible for mid-market and enterprise-level sales-aligned lead generation, focused solely on creating and managing high-impact touchpoints that drive high-quality pipeline for our sales team. Working directly with the VP of Marketing, the ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our corporate marketing strategy and regional sales needs, ensuring our brand is visible and generating measurable interest in key markets and at industry events.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role are explicitly divided into two primary areas: Event Marketing and Outbound Campaigning.

Events and Conferences (Lead Generation)

  • This focus is on planning, managing, and executing between 3-7 physical and virtual event marketing initiatives per quarter to maximize lead capture and sales pipeline.
  • Event marketing will include all key aspects of end-to-end B2B event management such as sponsorship or hosting logistics and vendor management, promotional activities, lead capture and follow-up. 
  • As a budget owner on the marketing team, this individual is expected to be highly detail-oriented and responsible with managing to ROI.
  • Expected contractor time to spike during key event planning periods, roughly 3-4 weeks per quarter.

Outbound Field Marketing & Campaigns

  • This focus is on creating and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities to achieve sales lead generation targets.
  • Use AI SDR toolsets and other prospecting technology across email, LinkedIn and prospect research for CRM enrichment to orchestrate automated outbound marketing campaigns. 
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales team with relevant and persuasive collateral designed to convert leads from ABM target accounts.
  • Support the company’s strategic global markets teams with region-specific and language-optimized content and campaigns, as needed.

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on field marketing, events, and B2B SaaS lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in event management (tradeshows, conferences, field events) and executing targeted outbound campaigns.
  • A highly analytical and results-driven approach, with experience in campaign performance analysis and delivering clear, summarized insights.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver on revenue goals and customer acquisition priorities.
  • Proficiency in key MarTech, Sales Tech and project management tools, including HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Zoominfo, PhantomBuster and Notion, or similar tools is expected. Experience with Looker Studio is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, excellent English verbal and written communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of the human resources, IT, business process outsourcing, financial services or AI model training industries is preferred.
