monday.com is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing global marketing team. As part of our growing team within our Mexico and LATAM region (excluding Brazil), you will build and execute a variety of marketing initiatives, including owned and sponsored events, content creation, ABM, and partner marketing activities. This is a high impact opportunity that combines strategy, program management, execution and data analysis.

Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Sao Paulo office and requires 3 days in office.

  • English fluency/bilingual proficiency - must
  • Spanish fluency/bilingual proficiency - important plus
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a field, event or partner marketing manager
  • Proactively own and implement the region-specific event marketing plan for acquisition and awareness
  • Plan both in-person and virtual events to generate and accelerate new business and existing business pipeline
  • Research, recommend and execute on event sponsorships to drive new business pipeline
  • All about the customer: focused on understanding what really creates value for the prospect and aligning the business to deliver
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver on your goals
  • Use omni channel marketing best practices to create a cohesive post-event prospect journey
  • Track and analyze your marketing campaigns to determine which perform most successfully
  • Knowledge of event marketing tactics and best practices across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations
  • Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience with organizing regional and local events and campaigns
  • Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
