We’re looking for an enthusiastic Fieldwork Coordinator for the French Market, who preferably lives in France! 

It is a freelance contracted relationship with us, where you can work fully flexibly, and get paid based on number of scheduled & completed shops.  So both in location and work schedule you are independent, we provide the assignments, and follow-up with results progress monthly, and pay based on completions.


What is this role about?

This position is all about finding and matching the right people to the right projects, at the right time and ensuring the completion of shop visits.

The role also includes the active recruiting of new evaluators
to sign up for our actual and upcoming projects.

Occasionally it includes own mystery shop visits as well, to have hands-on experience on all projects. 


How does it happen?

  • Supporting the scheduling of mystery shopping visits according to project guidelines and deadlines with 100% timely completion.
  • Participating in project briefings and understanding specific evaluator requirements.
  • Applying relevant scheduling methods (manual assignments, self-assignments) and related processes.
  • Understanding and using different follow-up methods and adhering to related processes such as cancelling assignments and updating due dates.
  • Monitoring completion rates and reporting potential scheduling issues proactively.
  • Assisting in ensuring full project completion in line with client expectations and allocated budgets.
  • Working in line with provided budget limitations to ensure profitability, requesting for approval in case of bonus is needed.
  • Scheduling the best evaluators for the mystery shop visits for various projects in France
  • Following-up to ensure the completion of visits and reports
  • Performing mystery shop visits yourself (willing to travel within France - owning a car, travel expenses will be reimbursed)

  • You are patient, proactive and you enjoy managing and organizing in your own rhythm, and able to deliver results on deadline
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • You would like to be part of a diverse and international network, with learning opportunities.
  • You prefer working from home on your own schedule, and you are result oriented and responsible.
  • The assignments come in quarterly / eventually monthly waves,  there can be 'low' and 'peak' periods, which you can balance out with proactivity.
