Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial analysis and strategic decision-making within KAYALI. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support our objectives. This role will work closely with our local Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial teams and contribution to our continued success!


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly and quarterly close process ensuring books and records are accurately maintained with the following checklist:
    • GTN Provisions
    • OPEX Provisions
    • Post Close PNL by Region-Brand-Customer
    • Post Close Marketing Act vs Budget
    • Post Close T&E by Department
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to assess business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Responsible for: Managing RTV Trackers
    • R1/R2/Budget & MKT PNL prep
    • Monitoring B2B Radial Invoice Trackers
    • Managing Pricing File and completing ERP Pricing Adjustments


·        Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·        Analyze current and past trends including revenue, cost of sales and operating expenses.

·        Perform Ad-Hoc and decision support analysis as requested.


Requirements:

·        3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis/Budgeting or other relevant experience

·        Previous experience in working in a commercially focused finance role and within the consumer products industry

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

·        Previous experience building Power BI dashboards, tableau, macros

·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders

·        Proven ability to plan and prioritize own workload to meet tight deadlines

·        Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

·        Self-starter and intellectually curious

·        Ability to take ownership of projects with ease

·        Advanced skills in Excel

·        High standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data

·        Proactive, flexible and adaptable
