Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and scaling finance organizations, alongside a desire to contribute to conscious, aligned cultures. What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and operations to support company growth and mission

  • Build and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams

  • Partner with executive leadership to drive business strategy and resource allocation

  • Create financial systems and reporting structures that foster transparency, accountability, and trust

  • Implement financial processes that balance operational excellence with agility and values alignment

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, awareness, and long-term stewardship into decision-making

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Finance, Controller)

  • Experience leading finance strategy at high-growth startups, scaling companies, or enterprises

  • Skilled at navigating complexity and aligning financial systems with company purpose

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just strong balance sheets, but strong teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Experience scaling finance functions during periods of rapid growth or transformation

  • Expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, or M&A integration
