The Manager, Global Sales Marketing Solution (GSMS) Finance supports financial strategy, planning, and performance management for GSMS and the Office of the President (OOTP). Reporting to the GSMS FP&A Director, this role serves as a key finance partner to global go-to-market leadership, helping translate business priorities into actionable financial insights.The Manager plays a critical role in supporting P&L oversight, forecasting, executive reporting, and sales investment analysis, with a focus on driving productivity, optimizing operating expense, and enhancing decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Support management of the GSMS and OOTP P&L, including consolidation, performance tracking, and financial governance
  • Lead monthly close analysis, including variance reporting and preparation of executive-level materials
  • Drive core planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan, forecast cycles, Strategic Plan, and Risks & Opportunities (R&O) updates
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, resource allocation decisions, and sales productivity initiatives
  • Provide financial oversight of operating expense (Opex), including tracking targets and identifying efficiency opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to enhance visibility into performance drivers
  • Collaborate closely with Controllership, Investor Relations, Segment Finance, and enterprise FP&A to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and process improvements to strengthen analytics, reporting efficiency, and governance
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or related field
  • Strong understanding of P&L mechanics, forecasting methodologies, and operating expense management
  • Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization, with experience working in large or complex data environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Proactive, change-oriented mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement and transformation
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
  • Results-oriented and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
  • Systems and tools proficiency: TM1, Oracle, and Power BI required; Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analytics tools a plus

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000.00- $130,000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
