Supervise accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist the Director of Finance with financial reporting and control.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Accounting Operations in the hotel to ensure accurate.
- Timely and consistent reporting in accordance with policies and procedures, GAAP and federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Assist and support the Director of Finance in maintaining control over income, expenses and the assets and liabilities of the hotel.
Annual Salary: $88,000.00
Preferred Qualifications- Strong working knowledge of Front Office Operation, Night Audit, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Restaurant Control, Food and Beverage Control, Payroll, Personnel. General Cashier and Credit Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Office Management, Bank Reconciliations, Preparation of State and Federal Reports, Analysis and Balance Sheets Accounts, Preparation of Journal entries, closing the Books and preparing the Balance Sheet package.
- Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and to prepare and analyze complex financial reports.
- Ability to analyze complex financial reports.
- Manual dexterity to use office equipment (i.e., computers, calculators, etc.)
- Fluency in Korean, both written and oral, required.
