The Opportunity
As a Finance Solutions - Treasury and Working Capital Consultant, Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role, you will be part of our Finance practice, where you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial needs to develop tailored financial solutions
- Collaborating with clients to optimize capital structure and manage liquidity
- Providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform decision-making
- Developing strategies for effective treasury management and working capital optimization
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial advisory services
- Building meaningful client relationships and managing complex situations
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Treasury Management and Working Capital strategies
- Experience advising clients or working directly in finance, cash, treasury, and working capital transformation, including AP/AR process improvement and related technology enhancements
- Excelling in cash flow forecasting and treasury management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data including conducting thorough analysis of working capital performance
- Excelling in communication to build meaningful client relationships
- Developing financial models to support strategic planning initiatives
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts
- Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
