Who We Are
adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we've connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they're actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness - our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.
Program Overview:
The AMP Summer Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects that directly support our Native Search Marketplace and go-to-market strategy.
Interns collaborate with experienced team members, gain exposure to how a fast-growing ad tech company operates, and develop practical, in-demand skills. The program is designed to help you grow professionally while making a real contribution to the business.
By the end of the summer, you'll have a deeper understanding of how AMP creates value through innovation in search advertising - and how your work helps drive that impact.
What you'll do
You will work with our FP&A team to perform various analytical & administrative tasks and support the department's daily activities while developing a fundamental understanding of the inner workings of the field of finance.
In addition, you will collaborate with fellow summer interns across departments to develop and present executive-level projects that support the business while strengthening your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Assist with monthly forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets models to track revenue, expenses and KPI's
  • Analyze financial variances and summarize insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
  • Support day to day FP&A operations including data validation and process improvement.

Skills Needed
  • Organization - We want students who are able to manage their time effectively.
  • Curiosity - Willingness to ask questions and dig beyond surface level topics and insights.
  • Creativity - Can you think outside the box and come up with creative ways to drive growth/process improvements.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Lookups, Pivot Tables, IF statements).
  • Understanding of basic Budgeting/Forecasting concepts.
  • Strong social networks - We want students who have a wide reach on campus and can broker key partnerships through existing personal relationships.
  • Dedication to Growth - Eager to grow as a professional.

  • More career opportunities: interns receive, on average, more job matches at top companies, and have returned as full time employees.
  • The chance to get other perks such as job reference letters, LinkedIn endorsements, and access to exclusive professional development events.
