VidMob’s Accountant will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure complete and accurate finance reporting. This role will be responsible for the day to day accounting transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist in Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end closings
  • Prepare bank account, paypal and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage Bill payment and Accounts Payable
  • Participate in expense reimbursement processing, ensure proper recording and reconciliation
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly revenue recognition and deferred revenue.
  • Manipulate and reconcile mass volumes of data in Excel from internal system
  • Support and analyze report with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Work with independent auditors to provide support for audited financial statements
  • Assist in preparing external financial reports
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis to the team when requested
  • Work with other team members to identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance
    and accounting processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly with shifting deadlines
  • Self starting, and results focus with an ability to work in a fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Experience with XERO, Paypal, ChargeBee, Bill.com, Expensify, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience in SaaS is plus

In building the solutions that analyze millions of pieces of content, Kupernik and his team work always with the end user in mind. “Whether it is looking at their ideal working days, preferred volume of work, average time off or experiences with each client, we’ve used technology to prioritize the value creators enjoy through our platform,” he said.
