Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equity system, perform analysis and accounting
  • Assist with the periodic financial reporting – GAAP FS and notes, 701 and 401(k) reporting
  • Participate in Cash forecasting and cash management processes
  • Assist with the SFDC maintenance and CPQ implementation testing
  • Provide assistance during all month-end financial close activities including consolidation, account reconciliations, analysis, financial statement preparation
  • Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing, including classification and accounting in accordance with internal policies and GAAP
  • Establish, maintain and monitor appropriate financial policies, controls and processes.
  • Continually identify and implement efficient procedures and processes to enhance the department workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Provide assistance to the external auditors, including financial, tax and other as necessary
  • Provide assistance with tax compliance and filing of quarterly and year-end tax returns

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or Finance, CPA is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite / SFDC is a must
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent skills with both Microsoft Office and experience with G-suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced setting, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
