This position will require:

• Collection phone calls and e-mails to our customers
• Ongoing review of customer balances
• Sending out payment reminders in bulk
• Booking payments in the General Ledger
• Collaboration with colleagues in Sales and Customer success regarding customer queries
• Reconciling customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
• Meeting department defined goals and activity metrics
• Other financial and administrative ad hoc tasks

Our ideal candidate will have:

• We're seeking a Junior level candidate with less than 3 years of experience within a high volume accounts receivable or collection department
• Knowledge of billing and collection procedures
• The right attitude and eager to learn more
• Your approach to work is structured and with a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Good interpersonal competences – you know how to connect to people to find solutions
• Good attention to detail, goal oriented
