Location

We are a remote company, working from our homes or on the road. We gather a few times each year as a full company.

An Insider's view of SevenFifty

What’s the vibe like in the office?

Anyone who has worked in restaurants knows that there's a specific kind of comradery, not to mention a sense of humor, that comes out of that environment. What I like about SevenFifty is that we share some of that sensibility. We work hard, we support each other, we like to have fun, and we have an appreciation for the industry we serve!

Jacob

Engineer

What projects are you most excited about?

I enjoy the consistency in my colleagues and what they teach me on a daily basis. There are always unforeseen challenges on the support side, but when you have a great team to help you, those challenges turn into things you look forward to solving. There’s always something to new to learn — that’s one of the reasons I enjoy working at SevenFifty.

Marcus

Customer Support Specialist

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

We are modernizing an antiquated industry with technology by providing efficiencies that free-up the supply chain and enhance human relationships in a $50 billion space. I am fortunate to work with people that are at the top of their respective skillset (marketing, data analysis, engineering, journalism) and have a damn good time doing it.

Melissa

Senior Director, Distributor Platform

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

As a remote company, we work really hard to find ways to connect with our team.

We hold office hours; run monthly "Ask Me Anything" sessions on a range of topics (our industry, equity); gather for an All-Hands meeting each month; do small group sessions on topics like mental health in the workplace; have our ERG "SF Community."

Erin

Vice President, People Operations

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I work remotely in North Carolina, but I'm more connected to my teammates at SevenFifty than I've been to former coworkers with whom I've shared an office. I'm accessible throughout the day on slack and Zoom, and we meet monthly during all-hands + quarterly in-person at team week.
